Yayoi Sushi – Terms of Service
Welcome to Yayoi Sushi! We’re delighted that you’ve chosen us for your sushi experience. Please review our Terms of Service carefully before placing a pre-order. By ordering from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Pre-Order Requirement
All orders placed with Yayoi Sushi must be pre-ordered at least 1 day in advance. This ensures that we have ample time to prepare your order with the highest level of quality and care. Orders cannot be processed without prior notice.
- Minimum Pre-Order Time: Orders must be placed no less than 1 day before your desired delivery or pick-up date.
- Order Confirmation: After placing your pre-order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order and the scheduled delivery or pick-up date.
2. Pick-Up and Delivery Services
We offer both pick-up and delivery options. Please ensure that you select your preferred service at checkout.
- Pick-Up Location: 1420 40 Ave NE #10, Calgary, AB, Canada. T2E 4P9
- Pick-Up Time: Pick up your order at your scheduled time
- Delivery Service: We deliver within whole Calgary. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.
- Delivery Windows: Our delivery service operates on your selected delivery date and time. Please be available during this time to receive your order.
3. Payment & Pricing
- Pricing: All prices are in Canada dollar. The total cost will be calculated at checkout, including any applicable taxes, delivery fees, or service charges.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via visa,mastercare,etc. Payment must be made in full at the time of order to confirm your pre-order.
- Refunds & Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. Cancellations can be made up to 3 days before the scheduled pick-up or delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of your scheduled pick-up or delivery will not be refunded.
4. Custom Orders & Special Requests
- Customization: We offer customization for our sushi orders. If you have specific requests (e.g., dietary preferences, ingredient exclusions, special designs), please let us know when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
- Allergies: If you or your guests have any allergies (e.g., seafood, gluten, soy), please specify these in your order notes. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to shared kitchen equipment.
5. Order Changes
- Order Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order (such as adjusting quantities or modifying delivery/pick-up times), please contact us at least 3 days before your scheduled pick-up or delivery date. After this period, changes may not be possible.
- Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive an incorrect or missing item in your order, please notify us within 1 hours of delivery or pick-up. We will address the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Delivery Policy
- Freshness Guarantee: Our sushi is made fresh to order. If you choose the delivery option, please ensure that someone is available to receive your order promptly. We recommend consuming the sushi as soon as possible after delivery to ensure the best quality.
- Packaging: Sushi will be packaged with care to ensure safe delivery, but please handle with caution once you receive it.
7. Limitations of Liability
- Responsibility: Yayoi Sushi is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur after the delivery or pick-up has been completed. Once the order has been received by the customer or delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the customer.
- Force Majeure: Yayoi Sushi is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill orders caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, transportation issues, or acts of nature.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information only to process your order and improve your experience with Yayoi Sushi. We will not share or sell your personal data to third parties. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms of Service
Yayoi Sushi reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
